Spotlight: Shawn Perritt

Never trust an art director who can spell.
Another advertising canard shredded. Back in the day, Shawn was crowned spelling bee champion of his 3rd Grade class. It wasn’t the only rule of art direction he would wind up breaking.
After graduating from college with a business degree, Shawn declined to leave the other side of his brain behind. He packed his bags for a journey into the field of art direction, earning a degree from The Creative Circus, Atlanta’s internationally acclaimed advertising school.
Right out of the gates, he landed a job as Art Director at LKM, where he creates solutions for every account in the agency: North Carolina Tourism, Georgia-Pacific, Simonini Builders and the North Carolina Film Commission.
Shawn has already been recognized by The One Show, Communication Arts and Graphis. And, of course, there’s that spelling bee…
